PARTY IN MY TEA CUP

Tea type: Flavoured Rooibos Brand: Leaves and Water How to prepare it: 3 - 4 minutes, 100 °C ( 212 °F)
Dry scent:

At first there is quite a strong balsamic/prickly note, which sometimes can be found in some rooibos tea, wich recalls to pine and euchalipt. Then, sweet hints of fruits - orange - arise both with a spicy background - maybe cinnamon? -.
Liquor's colour:
Deep orange/red
Liquor's scent:
Sweeter than before, with strong orange notes in first place, while the initial balsamic aroma disappears. At the end, some woody and spicy notes typical of rooibos tea.

Taste:
Unexpectely smooth and gentle. I would expected a stronger and pricklier taste, but it's really sweet, with sweet orange notes perfectly mixed with that background spicyness - like cinnamon and orange -. At the end, few hints of red fruits, maybe strawberry. It leaves a short and clean aftertaste.
Conclusion:
Truly an intersting rooibos tea, with an uncommon flavouring. It loose something in the taste with respect to its scent, but extremely enjoyble, especially during the evening.
My score is : 8.5/10
