Tea type: White tea

Brand: L'Atelier du The

How to prepare it: 2 minutes, 90 °C ( 195 °F)

Dry scent:

It has a very closed on itself aroma, with few recalls to hay and some floral notes. From its scent and by looking at the leaves, it could be a variety of Pai Mu Tan white tea.

Liquor's colour:

Bright orange.

Liquor's scent:

Very consistent with its dry scent, with hay notes and floral hints. There is also a not well defined background sweetness.

It's gentle and smooth, with floral notes as main taste at the beginning. Still present the same previous background sweetness that gives body to the infusion. Slightly astringent at the end where hay notes now become the main taste - more close to an aftertaste -.

A white tea that has many points in common with Pai Mu Tan, light, sweet and

smooth, but never watery or weak.

My score is: 7.8/10
