NOËL PETITS LUTINS

Tea type: herbal tea / hibiscus
Brand: Fine Tea
How to prepare it: 4 - 6 minutes, 100°C (212 °F)

Dry scent:
Really sweet and spicy with strong notes of cinnamon and almond. There is also a slight sourness in the background, but in general is really sweet. It almost remeber me gingerbread or the typical Christmas' desserts.
Liquor's colour:
At the beginning it's light blue, but then it turns into red/pink.
Liquor's scent:
Truly consistent with its dry scent, but now

the hibiscus' sour notes arise.
Taste:
What I appreciate mostly is that the hibiscus' sour notes are not too much strong, as in many others infusions, giving body and complexety to the brew. They are so light and perfectly mix up with the other flavourings that give almost the sensation of berries instead of hibiscus. At the same time there is also cinnamon, but, as the hibscus, not too strong, giving that Christmas feeling. It leaves a light sweet and spicy aftertaste.

Conclusion:
An infusion really well balanced, with notes of hibiscus and cinnamon over all, but never annoying. For all people, like me, who don't like too much the hibiscus' sour notes, this infusion is perfect. It has really the "Christmas scent".
My score is: 8.5/10
