Tea type: white tea
Brand: Tee Aus Nepal
How to prepare it: 1-2 minutes, 80°C (175 °F)
It has a very light scent, which is a mix of something both woody and floreal at the same time. Slowly, a tiny sweetness which reminds to honey starts to arise, as like for others white tea.
Definitely stronger and thicker than before. It strongly remembers me honey -
cristallized one, in particular -. Really sweet, sometimes also sugary. Respect to the dry one, now the woody notes disappear, but still remain the floreal ones.
It's sweet, but not too sweet and neither sweetish. The main flavour is honey in all its shades, extremely consistent as before. Then it goes on floreal notes in general.. let me say wildflower honey, just to give you an idea. No bitterness neither tannins; quite full-bodied.
A really good white tea, sweet with strong honey notes; maybe a little bit too simple, but never trivial. If I have to compare it with another tea, probably, the closest one is Grey Dragon.
My score is 8/10
