MARGARET'S HOPE DARJEELING

Tea type: black tea Brand: Team Tea
How to prepare it: 4 minutes, 100°C (212 °F)

Dry scent: Strong and sweet woody notes that recall muscat grapes. Then, they grow closer to tannins and spicy ones, akin to nutmeg. In the end a sweet note comes out, similar to pear and apple.
Liquor’s colour:
Dark orange.
Liquor’s scent:
Same woody notes as before, but smoother. Then nutmeg-spicy notes

come out surrounded by other sweet ones, closer to grape and other ripe fruits.
Taste:
Sweet and full-bodied - creamy and thick -. At first the woody notes typical of black tea emerge, with a slight hint of tannins. It’s a very sweet and smooth Darjeeling. There are final, spicy notes that perfectly mix up with the tannins. It leaves you with a tannin and herbal aftertaste.

Conclusion:
A fine Darjeeling, full-bodied and thick, that is also smooth and light at the same time.
