LUXURY AGED PU-ERH

Tea type: pu-erh tea Brand: the tea maker's of london
How to prepare it: 3 to 5 minutes, 100 °C (212 °F)

Scent:
Truly a scent you can compare to soaked earth after raining, or moss on a misty morning. Unexpected. However, beside its weirdness, a smooth, sweet scent.
Liquor's colour:
Looks like coffee.
Liquor's scent:
Quite like before, but softer. It’s like water put on spot this aroma even more than before. I’d call it a watery scent.

Taste:
It has nothing in common with all the other teas: it's a totally different league. It has a terry taste, still sweet and soft. It’s ten-year aged, and all of its essences come out: its taste is deep, full bodied, sweet and smooth. Everyone is balanced and in its right place. Of course, particularly in the final, there is a wooden note; still, it’s wet wood.
Conclusion:

A superb tea, built on suggestive shades. Something you must try at least once in a lifetime.
My score is 8.5/10
