LU YU

Tea type: oolong tea Brand: La via del tè di Firenze

How to prepare it: 3 to 4 minutes, 85 °C (185 °F)

Dry scent:

A very sweet, strong scent. Huge notes of raspberry melt in some general sweetness which reminds of berries and flowers.

Liquor's colours:

Pale yellow.

Liquor's scent:

Very close to the dry one.

Taste:

At first, an unexpected sour note, more from the tea than from raspberry. This sourness is however well balanced by the sweetness, especially in the end. Raspberry is milder than in the scent, and it takes part both in the sour and sweet.

It behaves like a joker-card.

Conclusion:

Scent and taste are not in perfectly consistent one to the other, since after the raspberry sweetness of the aroma,

the second blend shows some sour note gone undercover at first. Its scent is fantastic, while the taste is somehow too acid Beyond that, it's a good tea.

My score is 8/10
