Tea type: flavoured green tea - ice tea

Brand: Good&Proper Tea

How to prepare it: 3 minutes, 100°C (212 °F), then directly add ice

Dry scent:

Immediately strong vegetal notes of green tea arise, perfectly mixed up with the mint scent, sweet and really full-bodied. At the end, hints of lemon balm give vivacity to the infusion.

Liquor's colour:

Pale yellow.

Liquor's scent:

It reminds me a lot maroccan mint tea with an additional sweetness given by lemon

No bitterness at all: it's smooth, really full-bodied for an iced tea. The main flavour is mint, strong, but not too much to cover all the other flavours. Green tea flavour is perfectly mixed up with mint, given sustain too each other. The lemon balm is little bit covered, and maybe a little bit more of lemon would given more freshnees to the brew.

A fresh and light iced tea, perfect in these hot days. If you like, you can add a little bit of sugar making it sweeter, but it depends only by your own taste.
