Tea type: green tea

Brand: Kusmi Tea

How to prepare it: 3-4 minutes, 90°C (190 °F)

Dry scent:

Strong lemon scent, really sweet with a few hints of lemongrass. Thick and full-bodied, like smelling a slice of lemon covered with sugar. It remebers a little bit the lemon sorbet.

Liquor's colour:

Dark yellow.

liquor's scent:

It's a little bit weak, with notes of lemon peel and a few herbal hints.

At first it's quite watery with a few bitterness notes. Then it evolves toward lemon peel - really fresh -, but "shy". There are herbal notes from lemongrass, which give a continuity to the flavour from the lemon peel, under a different shade. It leaves an enjoyable clean sensation.

A full-bodied lemon scent betrayed a little bit by a weak flavour: let me just say "too shy". However it's overall enjoyable, without too much thoughts.
