Tea type: flavoured white tea

Brand: Tea&Be

How to prepare it: 3 minutes, 80°C (175 °F)

Dry scent:

It's really sweet, with strong floral notes. A few seconds later, lavender starts to arise, huge and prickly. Seems to be really in a lavander field in France. There is also a sweet scent which recall to milk chocolate.

Liquor's colour:

Greenish yellow.

Liquor's scent:

Consistent to the dry one, but it opens sooner on lavender. Now a few sweet notes from

white tea are present with some hints of honey.

No bitterness at all, truly full-bobied and aromatic. You can really appreciate lavender in all its shades, strong and persistent. White tea is a good choice as base, since it give sustain to lavender, rather than to cover it, differently from any other variety of tea. There is a background sweetness and it ends with a few herbal notes of petals, slightly bitter and

astringents. It leaves a fresh and cleanlavander aftertaste.

If you love lavander, this is your tea. It's the one and only main flavour of this tea, in any its shades. No any other name for this tea wuold be so suitable.
